Care Distributors, a leading auto-focused company in Adelaide, has recently acquired GRH Supplies from Mick Cowie. This strategic move marks an important milestone for both companies and sets the stage for new opportunities and growth.
Following the acquisition, Care Distributors has applied to continue operating under the AIS Group. The proposal entails Care Distributors becoming the primary member, while GRH Supplies will function as a subsidiary under its umbrella. We are delighted to inform you that the collaboration will commence on the 1st of June 2023, aligning with the settlement with GRH.
Over the next 12 months, Care Distributors will operate from two locations: the current GRH Supplies Location and their own facility at 5 Graham Street, Wingfield SA 5013. Furthermore, the company sees great potential in offering Milwaukee products to their valued auto workshop customers, which will be explored soon after integrating into the group and establishing connections with suppliers.
We are pleased to announce that some key staff members, including Jim and Danielle, will remain with GRH Supplies under the new ownership. Their expertise and dedication will ensure a smooth transition and continued success.
