Members will have full control over how frequently we post on your behalf. Options include once or twice weekly, monthly, and more. Members even have the ability to opt out of certain posts, enabling them to customize the content to their preferences and requirements. Members can specify which suppliers they do not wish to have content posted from.

We collect daily sales data from our key stores to ensure our marketing support program maximizes its opportunities. You cannot run a marketing program without knowing what your selling out of your stores. That’s why our marketing programs is hand selected and utilises the data available to select the most commonly sold items our stores stock.

DATA REPOSITORY

We know you have spent a lot of money on developing your brand and as a result to push your own dedicated website. AIS provides a national data repository for you to access which saves you time in getting your data up on to your website. Our advanced PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) solution is uniquely developed to share the data content each individual shareholder requires. Collecting product data can be a timely and costly exercise. AIS provides:

  • High res & low res images for print and websites
  • Web and catalogue copy features

There are a range of opportunities for shareholders to get involved whether that be as part of the Board of Directors, Advisory Panels or within our marketing program. Additionally at the annual AGM shareholders form part of any resolution or critical decision required to keep the business strong and sustainable.

Shareholders are part of the fabric of the company enabling them to be part of the decision making process.

COMPANY STRATEGY
Our strategy of inclusion offers all shareholders opportunity to be part of the overall company strategy. We encourage all our shareholders to actively support our intiatives but when there is somehthing that could impact on your business with AIS significantly we make sure we have the bulk of support from the shareholders before implementation. In fact you can feel assured that any major decision has to have 75% of support from the shareholders or it cannot be passed.

COMPANY AUDIT & FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Australian Industrial Supplies Ltd is governed in the financial reporting of the company to shareholders due to our requirements as a non-listed public company with ASIC. Our financials are independently audited each year and every year the shareholders receive a full copy of the company’s financial statement. Shareholders are provided with opportunities to ask for input regarding the financial reports as part of your involvement with the group.
